Following last year’s huge success, Stochas is once again combining South Tyrolean cuisine with Japanese street food!

Guest chef Yossi from Osaka, Japan, is visiting us and, together with the Stochas team, is creating culinary Japanese highlights, classics and signature dishes paired with South Tyrolean influences.
