Hotel Sonnleiten is a family operated business located in Steinhaus in the Ahrn Valley; it is surrounded by 80 Dreitausender (mountains with an altitude of 3000 m or more) in one of South Tyrol's most beautiful valleys. Today, the Hofer family is operating the hotel with heart and soul in the second generation already.

The beginnings:
1979: The first year guests stayed at the Hotel Sonnleiten. At that time, it was still a combination of guest house and farm.
2000: It was time to give our guests something new and by remodeling and expanding, the current Hotel Sonnleiten was established.
And don't think we have quit modernizing, every year we continue our improvements to better serve the needs of our guests.
