The cuisine at the Hotel Sonnleiten is well-known for the combination of "simplicity" and unique creations. We make use of many high-quality local products and combine these with international inspirations and turn them into unique experiences for your palate.
Every day, we introduce a seasonal specialty to you: Puster Valley potatoes, Ahrn Valley Graukäse (cheese), organic cheese right from the alp, organic beef from local farms …
Depending on the season, dishes are complimented by vegetables and herbs from our own garden.
Half board at the Hotel Sonnleiten includes a full breakfast buffet with freshly baked rolls, cold cuts, yogurt, cheese, various teas, jam, and much more. The evening meal consists of a 4 course dinner of your choice, including salad buffet and weekly specialty evenings such as barbecue evenings, dessert buffet and Tyrolean specialties.
Junior Chef Manuel Cooking is his passion - many years at home and abroad have honed his skill of combining typical Ahrn Valley dishes with international recipes. At the Hotel Sonnleiten, every evening will turn into a memorable culinary event.
